14 day cooling off period if no sessions have been used: full refund
After work has begun: refund for unused services, less any completed sessions, booked placements, third party costs and a 20 percent admin fee
Packages with scheduled observerships or travel components may have additional non refundable elements
We can’t guarantee university offers—admissions decisions are made by the universities. However, in the unlikely event you receive no offers we’ll provide the same package again for the next cycle at no additional service fee.
